We sell outcomes.

We build companies and the results they run on. Some we co-own. For others we deliver a result agreed up front, then stay to keep it moving.

The stage model

Zero to one.
Then one to n.

Every company we work with sits somewhere on one curve. The first job is a result that works. The second is making it repeat and grow. We do both.

  1. 0 → 1Build

From nothing to a first result people use, live and accepted against an agreed measure.

Waye, BlockHarvest, Cybele Fleet, SmartRoad ARID

  2. 1 → nRun

The result repeated, scaled and improved every month, including systems another team started.

Enerserv, Omnia Health Group, Managers of Wealth

  3. 0 → nOwn

Where the result is a company worth owning, we stay for the whole curve and hold a stake.

Enerlink, Waye, Cybele Fleet, BlockHarvest, two3, Catena Block Solutions

About

A software studio in 2017. A venture development company today.

We began by building software for founders and operators. The work that lasted was the work tied to a result someone cared about, so results became what we sell. The best of it turned into long partnerships, and some of it into companies we co-own.

Aurum Machina is the venture development company of Auromagna Group. The method has held for nine years: model the business, deliver the first result, run it as it grows and own part of what we help create.
